Background

Hi my name is Gaston and I am from Argentina!

In January 2009, I came to New Zealand with the Working Holiday Visa Program. The original idea was travel, experience this country and then go to Asia, specifically Thailand and India, in order to fulfil a dream to study and improve myself in my profession, meditation methods and yoga knowledge. What I did not imagine, was that would completely fall in love with New Zealand!

My interest is in massage and in all supporting therapies which help people improve their quality of life. Since 2003, I've continually studied and have a strong growing interest for all things connecting physical, mental and energetic health. These years of study have been accompanied by dedicated and intensive practice and training. I've incorporated the different techniques, which today give me the possibility to integrate a wide variety of movements, that can be adapted to each client depending on the needs of the body. I feel I can offer a unique treatment experience.

I have worked in a variety of settings from my own studio, to boats and hotels. Since February 2009, I have worked part-time in the Spa at Terrace Downs Golf Resort near Methven. Through my love of yoga and meditation, I met Michelle who has given me the opportunity to be part of Reflexable and to grow here in Christchurch.

I invite you to try the techniques I have developed. I aim to assist you in eliminating stress and tension, improving flexibility and the overall body structure, reducing pain, and achieving balance and harmony in the energetic centres along the body.

I am also vegetarian, actually I love animals. I meditate daily and also practice yoga and different sports. In my free time, I love to be in contact with nature and to travel, to broaden my knowledge and understanding of different landscapes and cultures. I am now applying for Residency. I am in no doubt that I want to stay in this beautiful country, which continues to open doors for me, allowing me have a healthy and wonderful life.
